Have plenty of water on hand, and don't forget to drink WATER!! Add some aminos to your water (that is why mine is red)
STRETCH; make sure to stretch before beginning, you can also walk on treadmill for 10 mins
Superset the following exercises: (do both exercises, then rest for 3 rounds)
Leg Extensions 20 reps
Lying hamstrin curls 20 reps
Do this whole workout as a giant set, rest and repeat for 4 rounds.
Get all your equipment organized and decide on weight you want to use for all 4 rounds
Squat 10 reps (tip: use a weight that you can complete 10 reps)
Steps ups 15 each leg
Reverse Lunge 10 each leg
Jump Squats 15
Sumo Squat 15
Jump lunges 15
Stiff leg deads 20
Go through each exercise; rest at the end before starting another round.
Time to walk for approximately 20mins
Follow up with a protein shake, 1 scoop of whey isolate, 1/2 banana, 8oz water.
