To celebrate Winesday, a review of a new bottle is a Pinot Noir, by HobNob.
HobNob is a wine from Languedoc Roussillin, France. The bottle has a very clean, cool, stylistic look. It is a medium bodied wine, with soft tannins, giving the wine a smooth, rich texture.
The taste is a discriminatory bouquet of violets, with bursting cherry flavors. HobNob pairs nicely with a meal, or I paired my glass with the rich taste of Ghiradelli Intense Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Soirée.
HobNob Pinot Noir is a perfect wine for everyone to enjoy. It is a nicely priced that will run approximately $10.00-12.00. So raise your glass, toast a perfect bottle to open mid week.
