In the spirit of Summer, we are focusing on the Battle of Cellulite!! Don't think cellulite is saved all for overweight, or obese. Cellulite does not discriminate. Other factors come into play when it comes to cellulite:
Drinking water, and diet will help to loose body fat. Plus good old fashioned EXERCISE! There is no"quick fix", it's a lot of self control with your diet and exercise. Unfortunately it isn't happening overnight, and the slower, steadier you loose body fat, the more successful you will be with keeping the weight staying off!! I wish there was a magical pill, or cream, I have about tried them all. The biggest success is self control and consistency. If after you are at a good weight, your diet has been in check, you exercise regularly, but that d**n cellulite won't budge, then have your hormones checked to see if they are inhibiting your results. As a last resort, it maybe the time to consult with a reputable plastic surgeon to explore you options. A reputable plastic surgeon will not take you money, and do a procedure that will not benefit you! Thank you for visiting our new website!!
